Fit: Unisex sizing. Because of our fabric and adjustability, there’s overlap between sizes
- Small: For kids up to about 12 years. 5.25″ tall by 7.75″ wide.
- Medium: For youth and adults. 6″ tall by 8.5″ wide.
- Large: For youth and adults. 7″ tall by 10″ wide.
- Tip: If you prefer a roomier fit, size up.
Comfort:
- Bendable nose bridge to ensure good seal and limit “fogging” of glasses.
- Adjustable ear fasteners for the Goldilocks fit – not too tight or loose!

What Size Should I Get?
Fit: Unisex sizing. Because of our fabric and adjustability, there’s overlap between sizes, so you have options.
- Small: For kids up to about 12 years. 5.25″ tall by 7.75″ wide.

What's the difference between the filter pocket and the no filter pocket model?
They are identical to each other save two things.
- The filter pocket model has a filter pocket. They use the same fabrics, finishes, and sizing, and use of a filter is optional.
- The black mask with black elastic is only available on the filter model.
Does Mr. Davis sell filters?
We do not! There are other people and companies that specialize in filters and since they are not our speciality, we made the decision to let customers purchase filters elsewhere or use their own materials like coffee filters if they like. Our filters should accept about any pm2.5 filter for a mask that you can buy online.
What's your return policy?
If you don’t love your first mask, Mr. Davis will ship you a new size or issue a refund. No return required.
For remaining masks, we offer easy returns and exchanges for unopened masks within 30 days of your order (US customers only) as long as we have them in stock. Here’s the process:
- Before you return your item, you must contact us at support@mrdavis.com to obtain approval for the return. If you send us a return without an RA#, we will not be able to process your return.
- Upon approving your return, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label including the RA#.
- You must ship your return to us within 5 days of receiving your label or we may not be able to process your return.
- Once we receive your item, we’ll process your return and refund your card for your purchase price.
Does Mr. Davis offer free exchanges?
If you have issues with sizing or selection we provide FREE shipping both ways on exchanges (US only) of your Mr. Davis to get you in the right product. We use the same process we do for returns. We cannot exchange international orders at this time.

Where are the masks made?
The masks are made in China. We have a seven year relationship with the factory, which also makes our underwear and undershirts. We use them because the quality is extremely high and deliveries very reliable.
Are Mr. Davis Masks Built to Last?
Absolutely. We have a motto around here: Buy it for Life. We hope that we all aren’t wearing masks for that long, but it’s our goal to make masks that hold up to every day use so you can keep wearing them. To do that we use premium materials and a very well established factory that we have worked with for years for our undershirts and underwear. If you follow our care instructions and dry our masks on cool or low heat, they should last for you.

How should I wash my Mr. Davis Mask?
Heat is generally the enemy of fabrics and Mr. Davis is no different. We advise you wash and dry on cool if possible. If you don’t, your mask may not last as long. In particular the nose bridge may not hold up to extended warm drying, though we always try to overbuild products so you don’t have issues.
Do you ship worldwide?

Are you giving away any masks to charity?
Absolutely! We’ve already given away procedural masks to a number of local charities and will be actively looking for local opportunities to provide masks to those who need them. With that said, our focus here is to offer an extremely high quality mask at a price much lower than more cheaply made ones. We want you to be able to stock up and to give them to friends if you choose. We are also offering aggressive bulk pricing to help get more people and organizations wearing comfortable masks.
