How much will it cost to ship my order?
If you live in the US or US territories: Non-VIP Orders under $29 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $4. Any such orders $29 over get free standard shipping, which typically takes 2-5 business days.
All US VIP orders ship for free. Just select the VIP option when you build your undershirt multi-pack or when you buy some of our much loved underwear. Orders $99 and over will receive free priority shipping.
If you are outside of the US: We’ll show you calculated shipping rates based on where you live and the weight of the order.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship orders via USPS, FedEx and UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
UPDATE: As of right now we are not shipping internationally due to pandemic related shipping delays and lost packages.
[Under normal circumstances, we do ship internationally and charge calculated shipping rates depending on where you live. Note that each country treats duties differently. You may be responsible for customs or duty fees on international shipments.]
When will my order ship and when should I expect to receive it?
Orders placed on Monday – Friday by 2pm Eastern Time go out that day. Otherwise, they’ll go out the next business day. Shipping times vary by location, but US orders should generally arrive within 2-5 business days of your order. International orders can take up to two weeks but typically arrive within 7-10 days.
What is your return policy?
Mr. Davis allows free returns and exchanges for unwashed and quickly tried-on undershirts within 100 days of purchase (US customers only). If you don’t love your first pair of underwear, we will ship you a new size/style or issue a refund. No return required.
Here’s the process to return an item:
- Before you return your item, you must contact us at email@example.com to obtain approval for the return. If you send us a shirt without an official RA#, we will not be able to process your return.
- Upon approving your return, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label via email including an RA#.
- You must ship your return to us within 5 days of receiving your label or we may not be able to process your return.
- Once we receive your item, we’ll process your return and refund your card for the original purchase price less any shipping cost. Shipping costs are only refunded for defective product received that is not replaced or for a lost order that is not being replaced.
Can I exchange items from my order?
If you have issues with sizing or selection we provide FREE US shipping both way on exchanges of your order to get you in the right product. We use the same process we do for returns. We cannot exchange international orders at this time.
I think I received defective/wrong merchandise, what do I do?
Mr. Davis stands behinds the quality of its products and will happily replace products with manufacturing defects.
If you believe that you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), please notify us including a picture of the defect. In most cases we’ll be able to send out a replacement ASAP. Note that both undershirts and underwear eventually wear out, especially if you wash and dry them on warm. Our policy only covers actual defects, not wear and tear, but we will err on the customer’s side in these judgments. When will my return be refunded?
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days. We will inspect your returned item(s) and then contact you via email with the refund confirmation. Refunds may not show up on your card statement for up to four business days.
Can I return a sale item?
Mr. Davis doesn’t really have sales because we offer our best value pricing to every customer, every day. On some clearance items though, items marked final sale will be non-returnable.
Will your products shrink after washing?
If you follow our care instructions, Mr. Davis products will not shrink in any noticeable way, so we do not suggest ordering assuming shrinkage.
If you dry your shirts or underwear warm, you may see a little static shrinkage, but you’ll find that the fit doesn’t change much. We have found that our products wear a little longer if you don’t use warm wash and dry, which is why we suggest cold.
